What is Life Coaching?

 
 

 You may be asking yourself this question right now, wondering if it's what you are looking for.  A Life Coach is someone who helps people move forward in setting personal and/or professional targets and intentions that will help them live a more fulfilling life they enjoy. 

My personal style of coaching is rooted in holistics, spirituality, neuroscience & metaphysics.  I view you as an unlimited being, capable of so much more, therefore I do my best to help you to see the BIGNESS that you are...together we will uncover all of the ways your are being limited.  After all, we can attempt to compartmentalize ourselves, but in reality, there is no such thing as separation of our Mind, Body & Spirit.  Creating balance between these three aspects of self allow for greater potential and greater freedom to truly be you, fullfilled wild & free!

Who do I work with?

Most life coaching clients are people who feel a little stuck, stressed or simply want to make a big change in their lives and want personal support from a non-judgmental and impartial person.  I work with people just like you, women and some men who are really good at what they do.  However, they are consistently getting stuck because of:

  • Poor communication skills
  • Limiting beliefs
  • Feeling Disempowered
  • People take advantage of them
  • Struggling to take action & responsibility
  • Unable to give themselves permission to relax
  • They put everyone else first before themselves
  • They don’t give themselves enough credit
  • They lack accountability
  • Feeling as though they don't have enough
  • Fear
  • Poor self-care routines
  • Feeling judgmental of others or feeling judged
  • Poor boundaries with family & friends
  • Not being able to stand in their power
  • Not knowing when to say NO and when to say YES
  • Self-doubt
  • Lack of confidence
  • Struggling to see the positives & remain positive
  • Finding health & remaining healthy
  • Pain and/or Stress
  • Mild anxiety and/or depression
  • Insecurity
  • Poor sense of self-worth

If you answered yes to more than one of the above, you are not alone.  I myself have had to work through most of these issues at some point in time, and some, I still work on today.  We are all human, and most of these are just habits, established by beliefs that aren't serving you.  If you are ready to start seeing all the beauty and happiness life has to offer than I've got your back! 

PS:  Perfection is just a point of view. Some say we are all imperfect...but what if you are perfect just as you BE?

What makes me different from other Life Coaches?

Honestly, I'm probably not that different, but I may just be the person you are looking for!  I take a holistic approach of helping my clients to see and observe their patterns and behaviors and how they affect their level of  life satisfaction & fulfillment.  I know I want life to flow into my being with ease, joy & glory.  What about you?

I typically focus my attention to the following areas, but I don't we are not limited to these areas.

  1. Habits: We are the sum of our habits and sometimes we can't even see what habits we have that might be holding us back (just ask your family, they'll tell you).  The best way to retrain your brain is by uncreating & destroying limiting beliefs and supporting habits that serve you & the life you want to live.

  2. Stress: In my opinion mental & emotional stress that is perceived as bad or wrong is the leading cause of all health related conditions. A lot of people know they have stress, but don't know how their beliefs about stress are impacting their life.  I use a series of very specific habits that scientific studies have stated help create more relaxation and improve your mental and physical well-being.  A calm, clear, confident & more conscious mind is a more decisive mind. I also help to reframe what your idea of stress is.  Does it really have to be a bad thing?
  3. Spirituality & Metaphysics: We are multi-faceted beings who are so much larger and limitless that we are aware of, in order for us to look at you from a whole person perspective we need to look beyond what can be seen with our human eyes.  When we become more than just what we think and feel, we access more awareness and embrace more of who we truly be.  This opens us up to more potential and more possibility.  Spirituality & Metaphysics don't have to be weird, in fact I'm a spiritual science nerd. A little bit of faith goes a long way.
  4. Committed: I am determined to leave you better than the way I found you.  I'm incredibly sincere about helping others feel more fulfilled and alive.  I truly care about every client I meet, whether we work together or not.  I am committed to a world without judgement and a world where we can be ourselves, wild free & happy.
  5. Selective: I purposely choose to only work with people who are committed to their intentions & growth.  I like to think of coaching relationships like two travel companions on a really awesome adventure together.  Would you really want to get in a car with someone for a long journey, who is wishy washy, wants to control everything, all while complaining, flicking boogers, and playing with fire? That's not MY current idea of fun. You would want to have fun and enjoy the ride.  As do I.  I work with people who are eager to collaborate, expand, and open to receive more possibility in their life. People who are committed to make a change even if it feels uncomfortable.  I promise to being straight forward and help guide you to get you to where you want to go, even if that means I am not the right coach for you.
