Yep! It's Time For An Attitude Adjustment!

HAHA! The attitude of GRATITUDE that is!  I am going to keep this section brief.  I think you get how to do this pretty well, but do you know the benefits of WHY this is important?  Well.. You guessed it I AM going to tell you!

  • Improves relationships
  • Improves sleep & sleep quality
  • Reduces depression & anxiety 
  • Reduces physical pain

  • Helps to make you more friendly

  • Improves relationships
  • Increases good feelings about self
  • Increases optimism 
  • Decreases materialism
  • Increases Spirituality
  • Improves self-esteem
  • Decreases negative feelings about others

Gratitude Journaling

This is by far one of the GREATEST habits you can get yourself into for all of the above reasons, and just in case you don't have already have a habit of gratitude but are looking to create one.. here is a handy little journal to get you started!
